And thanks to the penultimate episode and the midseason finale, we do have a couple cliffhangers that have to be addressed: Max picked Wilder over Helen, Iggy asked Martin out on a date after they finalized their divorce, and Reynolds (Jocko Sims) is on his way to finding lasting love with Gabrielle.

As of 7 March 2023,[update] 260 episodes of Mayday have aired.[n 1] This includes five Science of Disaster specials, each examining multiple crashes with similar causes. For broadcasters that do not use the series name Mayday, three Season 3 episodes were labelled as Crash Scene Investigation spin-offs, examining marine or rail disasters.

On 12 February 2009, Colgan Air Flight 3407 stalls at low altitude and dives into a residential area near Buffalo, New York. All 49 people on board the aircraft and one person on the ground are killed. Several critical errors made by the flight crew might have been the result of their fatigue.

If you happen to be a fan of other medical or first responder dramas, then the ransomware plot is all too familiar. Believe it or not, hospital cyber attacks have become such a massive problem that it's no wonder so many series have jumped on board this type of storyline over the past couple of years.

As an aside, it was an installment that would've benefited from Leyla appearing in it as she's shown how well she knows old-school techniques. In contrast, others have gotten too comfortable only understanding how to use whatever tools and machines get the job done.

Clyde: I don't want to fight you to keep this job, Floyd, but I'm not going to lay down. Floyd: Who says we have to play her game? Clyde: What are you up to, Floyd? Floyd: I don't know. But if you ask me, she doesn't know what she's messing with.

Even if New Amsterdam redirected patients to other hospitals and limited what they could do until it was resolved, it didn't change how many people were on the brink of death at that exact moment. They wouldn't have survived the however many weeks it would've taken for the FBI to get the situation under control.

Max didn't have many options for getting this handled in the best way possible to everyone's benefit. He wrestled with what to do for a bit, and as painful as it was, he concluded his best shot was to sign Veronica's budget even if it cost him his friends and the best the hospital had to offer.

It was an uneven deal, and given that they ended up paying the ransom in the end anyway, I'm unconvinced Veronica didn't have the power of persuasion there; she only claimed she didn't as a way of getting under Max's skin.

Max: I keep telling myself that we're not abandoning our friends, that we're not turning our backs on the hospital, but... I don' know what to do. Helen: The only thing you can do. You have to tell them yourself before they find out from someone else. Max, look at me. It's going to be okay. Say it. Max: It's going to be okay.

Casey: How does your girlfriend have a residency slot here? A fifth slot we never had here before? Lauren: I wrote her a letter of recommendation. That's all, and I don't really appreciate--Casey: Please, don't lie to me. Lauren: I'm not.

Max found a way to keep Lauren, Floyd, and Iggy, but it came at a high price. One-hundred forty-eight people no longer have jobs at New Amsterdam, including all of our favorite supporting characters, and there's still no guarantee Veronica won't find other ways to screw over the people Max saved.

Fans of the show have been eagerly waiting for this next installment, and it is sure to deliver. New Amsterdam has been a fan favorite for years, and this new season is sure to be just as good as the last. Be sure to tune in on November 8 to catch the newest episode.

I can promise you that the series is really decent, even if you have never watched it before and are curious about its quality. IMDb gives the show a decent score of 5.7/10, and Rotten Tomatoes gives it an average audience score of 68% for the episode.

I have never donated. Anything a 10 star, and I was scared that it was drifting away from what the program began as in the second season because it was getting away from it. What is it about the show that makes it so great? It is only about the operation they have undergone, but it is not very significant. But the patients and staff in the hospital are the focus here. I truly appreciate how even minor characters and supporting cast members have important roles to play.

Jon Bokenkamp: There are a number of them. In season one, Liz flat out asked Reddington over the payphone, "Are you my father?" and after a long pause, he said, "No." That is true and true since the beginning of the show. Now, Raymond Reddington is her father but this man is not the original Raymond Reddington. That's an example of how we have feathered storylines to point us toward this reveal. There are moments like that in each of the five seasons.

I don't think she knows yet. I don't think she knows enough to have a well-informed agenda just yet. That's part of the promise of season six -- taking this bombshell, stepping back, looking at every possible angle and trying to figure out the best, most clever way forward. To the extent that that involves Jennifer, to the extent that that involves the task force and what they might know and how much uses and bends the law to get what she needs, she's in a position to become a strong and formidable character. That's something Reddington should be concerned about. And if I can just mention, you had said Fake Red before. It's worth pointing out, this is the same guy we met in the pilot, the same character, the same charisma, the same strange sense of humor. In a way, nothing changes and yet, it all changes. I think that's important for the audience to know. I don't think James Spader is going anywhere. It's only going to get more interesting.

We thought it was important to have Tom there to embody and represent just how far Liz Keen has come and just how much she's lost. It gave us context and helps us remember that he was murdered this season because of this bag of bones. I thought it was a very nice way to bring them back together, which I think is sweet, and yet to give it some real weight to see what she's lost. Megan did a fantastic job portraying that, seeing how broken and angry she felt standing there talking to the ghost of her husband and realizing that everything she's gone through and what a betrayal she feels. I thought it was nice to have Tom there and Ryan back for that moment, which is really a moment of power for her. It felt like the right thing to do.

(Laughs.) Ah, that damn bag of bones! We did promise that we would have an answer and I hope it's as fun as I think it was. It certainly was something that shifts the paradigm of what the show is. But truthfully, it's like watching someone opening a Christmas present. It's been hidden in the closet under the stairs for five years now. The real joy is watching and experiencing that come out and everyone else catching up. That is a real relief and a treat.

New Amsterdam Season 5 Episode 6 will release on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, on NBC at 10 p.m. ET/PT. All your choices in this story significantly change the plot, the interactions Mia has with other characters and the scenes you will be able to play. Your romantic choices also have a significant impact on the story. Some characters can be romanced only exclusively, while other characters can be romanced at the same time as other love interests.

Mia's reputation amongst vampires and werewolves, as well as her journalism score while working at the Supernatural Daily, have an impact on the plot. Check Mia's character page for details, or check the walkthrough pages for a detailed episode-by-episode breakdown (warning: plot spoilers).

"Listen, Pete, I need you to go get a cardboard box. Put your things in it. Okay?" With these gentle words, Don finally gives that weasel Pete Campbell the axe, which feels long-awaited even though this is just the fourth episode of the series. Salty old patriarch Bert Cooper gives Don a lesson in how power operates: "Some people have no confidence in this country." It's Mad Men's first great Scary Bert scene, and definitely not the last.

Megan throws Don a surprise birthday party, complete with a sultry dance to "Zou Bisou Bisou." It's strange how Don and Betty, two of the rottenest spouses in TV history, luck into rebound marriages with the two sanest people on the show. (Henry and Megan really should have married each other.) Megan also decides to get Don's attention by cleaning the carpet in her lingerie. Shockingly, this plan works. No wonder we all got our delusional hopes up for this marriage. 041b061a72
